The result of our work is… work! Because that is what we do: helping employees, job seekers, job switchers and entrepreneurs find work.
We open professionals’ eyes to what’s possible. Whether someone is in work, looking for work, changing career or running a business, we help people gain insight into themselves and the labour market. That enables them to make more considered choices and take the right actions. In doing so, we also help employers solve workforce mobility challenges at both individual and organisation-wide level.
From Amsterdam to Zierikzee and from Arnhem to Zoetermeer. What began a few years ago with two gentlemen from Brabant has grown into a nationwide team of coaches. All are devoted specialists, each with their own areas of expertise, working from three deeply rooted core values: engagement, generosity and connection through craftsmanship.

Our story
We are professionals, each with our own specialization.
What began in 2019 with two men from Tilburg has since grown into a nationwide team of coaches. Over the past few years, we’ve had the privilege of advising, supporting and guiding many employers, employees, jobseekers, career changers and entrepreneurs—on both individual matters and organisation-wide challenges.
Each of our coaches has their own area of expertise, ranging from outplacement support and coaching for the over-60s to stress and burnout coaching, as well as coaching for entrepreneurs. Alongside their professional expertise, our coaches share one thing in common: we keep going until your result has been achieved.
