We are proud to be De Heren Van Werk, and we inspire professionals to marvel at what’s possible. That is our mission. How do we do that? We have a clear vision: we help people gain deeper insight into themselves and the labour market. That way, they make more conscious choices and take the right actions.

We work from three deeply rooted core values: impact, generosity and connection — all grounded in craftsmanship. As a result, people take the lead in their own career and development. Entrepreneurs get the very best out of themselves, their entrepreneurship and their business. Employers retain people who remain employable for the long term, and they are supported with organisation-wide workforce mobility challenges.

Our team

What began a few years ago with two passionate men from Tilburg has grown into a team of coaches in Tilburg and across the country, supported by an indispensable office team.

Our team brings a wide range of specialisms: career coaching, reintegration support, stress and burnout coaching, personal coaching, entrepreneurship, LinkedIn coaching, second-track reintegration (in Dutch: Spoor 2), and leadership development. Below, we are pleased to introduce the members of our team who deliver our English-language programmes.

Razor sharp and loving, Sylvia coaches international (English-speaking) professionals. Sylvia is also a trainer, assessment actor and personal branding and communication expert.
